Most excellent gluten free brownie mix. My kids love it. Very chocolately.
The batter will be runny but it is okay. Remember to grease pan before putting in batter in as it sticks. I missed a place and it stuck good. Takes 30 minutes to cook. Will be shiny on top, make sure center has risen up height of sides or middle will be gooey.
If you can eat and like nuts, like me I put 1/4 cup olive oil and coated bottom of pan, the sprinkled chopped walnuts Diamond Walnuts, Finely Diced, 10-Ounce Bags (Pack of 6) in bottom of pan. the poured batter over. So easy scoop out piece and flip over on plate with walnuts on top. If you want to be fancy squirt chocolate sauce zigzag around brownie on plate then, put ice cream on top for brownie sundae. Can then put whip cream on top of ice cream or just use whip cream. Squirt chocolate sauce over topping. Then ad few more walnuts or not and top with cherry.
