Light and creamy very mild taste. Palatable but not as good as the roasted tomato and pepper its the best so far.

The creamy Butternut Squash soup tastes a little like pumpkin pie simply because it has ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. And the soup is gritty, it isn't as smooth as the Tomato soups. This is not one of the better soups sold by Pacific Foods.
I realized this soup has a lot of flavor compared to the tomato soups, so it needs diluted, if you will.
Tip: Because it tastes like something you eat at Thanksgiving, add sweet potatos, lots of them! If you do, you will love this soup.

I like this soup -- especially at the sale price which was 50% off of the regular price. One 16 ounce carton is enough for one person IMHO (in my humble opinion). I like the fact that it is organic but I would like less sodium (salt).

This is a great soup! It is as good as the Butternut Squash soup at the Whole Foods buffet - but at about 25% of the cost! If you have never tried Butternut Squash soup - try it! It is sweet and warm and wonderful!

I picked this soup up at the store last week while looking for something different and tasty. Anything but Campbells please. I was delighted and amazed by this product. It tasted like a mild version of pumpkin pie, wonderfully smooth and creamy. I can't wait to get my hands on more. The best part is that I'm following a Weight Watchers diet right now and 8 oz of this soup is only one point, following that a whole carton is only two points. That really makes my day - a culinary masterpiece and fits in nicely with my weight loss goal.
