Crunchy and delicous. November 30, 2008 Jillian (Florida) Excellent tasting cereal that good for you! I We eat Ezekiel 4:9 (whether it be original, flax, etc...) almost every morning. We mix it in with some other cereal usually, for fun. I also use it often in making parfaits.
Food for Life Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted Grain Cereal, Original August 25, 2008 Linda M. Despain (Utah) Great product! Best yet! Very nutritious, versitile, and digests well in the system. I've used it as a cereal base and added fruit and nuts. I've also used it in cookies, as well as, a replacement for meat in meals. It's a staple in our home. I love it!
LOVE it! July 1, 2008 pans (GA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love this product! For those that find the taste bland, but are eating this for fiber, here is my suggestion: Mix small amounts (less than 1/4 cup) of each of the following in a bowl: this cereal, Fiber One cereal, Wheat and Bran Shredded Wheat cereal, raw almonds, raw walnuts, and raw pecans. Pour on your favorite soy milk. It tastes great! I eat this every morning. No more trouble with getting my daily fiber intake!
Great cereal June 1, 2008 roz in buckhead (atlanta, ga) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This cereal is delicious with skim milk and frozen blueberries! After adding the blueberries let it sit for one minute to slightly thaw, yum!
Best cereal May 7, 2008 Timon (USA) This is the best cereal out there although takes a little getting used to. I have tried soaking in water for 2 hours and steam for just one minute in the microwave to make it soft. Great addition to soups/yogurt/milk. I eat one slice of ezekiel bread and 1/4c of their cereal as a part of my healthy diet.
