The title says it all...it's a great healthy snack when you are hungry and on the run. I love this soy nuts and would recommend them to anyone!

These are very crunchy with a saly taste. I could use less or no salt, but the family likes them. My son is allergic to peanuts so these are a great alternative when making cookies. I made a peanut butter cookies recipe using chocolate soynut butter and added some of these soynuts. WOW! Excellent. Plus, made in a nut free facility. We will have these on hand from now on. I also like thier other products as well.

This is an super source of fiber and other nutrients. They are tasty, roasted and crunchy. Doesn't that sound good? Also they are good for you. That sounds even better. They're organic too, such a deal! Much better for you than chips, better tasting too.

I think these are tasty. They are healthful and convenient too. One package is 2 seriving sizes though, so beware. The calories beat peanuts any day, the health benefits are SUPERB. I'm eating better, watching my carbs and these fit into my lifestyle. I think they take some getting used to, but overall they are tasty, satisfying, and are pretty filling too.

These soy nuts are the perfect snack. Just the right amount of sea salt and satisfying. I also love that they are organic and not made from GMO soybeans.
